巧克力香蕉馬芬
Chocolate Bananas Muffins 

Prepare time: 15-20 mins
Cooking time: 23-25mins 
Oven : 180度
Serve : 5 

●材料

140g Self-rising flour
30 g Cocoa powder 
50g Butter
20ml milk
85g Brown Sugar
1/4 Salt
1/4 Vanilla extra 
2 regular bananas 
6 muffin tin 

●做法

This recipe you can change without butter and milk. Some of recipe don't have it. 
This recipe I didn't use any egg. Using brown sugar instead of icing sugar. For the flour I use self-rising so I didn't use baking powder and soda powder most of recipe they put both. 
The result , it does taste so good and delicious soft. Banana didn't taste strong enough maybe next time put more or use the mature one. 

1. "Wet ingredients"
melt butter, mash bananas, add milk, melted butter , banana together. 
2. " Dry ingredients" 
Sift all thé dry ingredients into the medium bowl. Give the sifted dry ingredients a quick stir to be sure they are evenly mixed together. 
Pour of wet ingredients to dry. From the outside of the bowl with large metal spoon. Right down to the bottom of the bowl. Than bring it to the top. 
Use Fold and cut method make batter together until moistened. The batter will be lumpy that's exactly you need. Don't use electric mixture it'll over mixture the flour!! 
Scoop batter into the muffins tin. If you have topping sprinkling it evenly over the tops. Baking for 23-25 mins or well down. 
Remove muffins tin from the oven than place on a wire rack to cool. Ready for serve
