Strawberry Cheesecake- No baking

Ingredients
250g , Cream cheese, soften
150 g, condensed milk
I pitch salt
100g, crushed Cookies
60ml, butter melted
50ml Strawberry jam
50ml Milk
Baking paper

*Base
Complete Crushed cookie
Pour melted butter with cookies make mixture. Press into a 7 springform pan . Place in refrigerator for 20-30 mines or until ready for use.

*Filling
Cream cheese room temperature, use electric mixture and add condensed milk , salt mixture until smooth.
Pour into the base and refrigerate for 4-5 hour or overnight.

*Topping
Strawberry and milk mixture and topping up with setting base.

*Tips
not too much strawberry jam or pour too quickly.
Cookies choose the easy be crushed
Condensed mill could put less depend how sweet you like
Use heavy cream or thick cream instead of condensed milk.
